we've been doing some "sit-ups" with Abigail to help strengthen her neck. We lay her flat on her back, hold her wrists and slowly lift her to a sitting position. She just loves it and makes the cutest faces throughout the lift. She's talking more and more, smiling more and more and beginning to chuckle at things...usually her Daddy. It's sooo much fun! We just love, love, love her!
