We're still trying to find someone to buy the house. We heard that the first people interested were having trouble finding a bank to loan them the money. After that, the agent listed the house on the internet, but without pictures for some reason and Joel hasn't been able to get in touch with her since even though he has tried several times. Tomorrow another agent from a different company is coming to the house and we'll also list it with their company. There is a family interested, relatives of our neighbors actually, but it's out of their price range. It was a miracle that our family was able to get this house, so we're asking God to somehow provide a miracle for this family as well.
Driveway Update:
The digging and piping are done in the driveway now. There were several rainy days which delayed their work and made for a very muddy driveway and yard. We were really glad to help out our neighbors though and they bought new gravel for our driveway as well as a concrete wall to separate the driveway from the yard and stripped two trees from the forest to replace the poles that support our grapevine. During the digging, they had to go through that part of the yard as well.
On Saturday, Gregor and Joel worked hard on the driveway, laying out the new gravel and putting in the wall. It turned out to be a nice day and we ended it with a picnic together. We really enjoy their friendship and will miss their whole family when we leave this fall!
We decided to hold off for warmer weather. One day we just kept her diapers on to see if she would drive the potty training effort, but she seemed just fine staying in diapers so we decided she's just not ready yet.
Then on Saturday at the picnic with our neighbors, their daughter, Ajda, who was potty trained last summer was sitting on her potty chair. Abigail wanted to join her and ran into the house to get hers to sit on while Ajda sat on her chair. After that, she wanted to wear a "tank top" (what she calls underwear) like Ajda. So we put a pull-up on her which she treated just like a diaper. So we'll try again soon, hopefully May will bring some nice warm weather!

Very cute! Those are the steps though. Just like this morning on the video call, "oh, I have to go p..py, be right back" It is beginning!
Love, mom
