Halloween

Halloween was memorable this year! It was the final day of soccer which was dry but very cold. Then, about 3:00, the rains began and it rained, and rained, and rained. We had invited Terri, Autumn and Levi over like we have the past couple of years and also the Glovers with their younger two boys. As Andy Wilson put it on Facebook, "Nothing like trick-or-treating in a downpour, but with all that candy on the line, you gotta do what you gotta do."

Joel took the 8 kids door-to-door for about 3 houses and came home soaked, ran through to grab the car keys and the kids piled in and off they went! Pretty much, he drove them door-to-door. They had a blast!! Even while being driven house to house, they still came home soaked, but loaded with candy (as most people were being generous and giving out several to whoever ventured out) and completely happy!
