House, next step

They counter offered on the house last week. We offered 12% lower than the asking price and they came back with 8% lower. The house was already a good bargain and this offer just confirms that the Lord wants us there. So we accepted the offer, but the funny thing is we have no options for a line of credit. Banks here won't lend us the money because we are temporary residents and we can't get it from banks in the States either. This is the next door we need the Lord to open for us. We have asked a few people we trust for some advice and one couple is actually looking into getting a loan for us! It would be such a God provision if this all works out. As soon as we know if we can get the loan we will put some money down as a reservation for the house and possibly move in this summer sometime. Please keep praying, this is a new and sometimes scary step for us.
