Joel took off this morning for the annual fall leaders conference in Czech. He'll be there until Saturday. It's always an encouraging and refreshing time, so he's looking forward to that.
The pregnancy continues to go well. I'm 24 weeks along now, 16 more to go! (The due date is January 4th.) The baby is moving around more and more, exercising and flipping all around inside. We're getting more used to the idea of having a baby boy, and we're sure that Abigail is going to enjoy having a sibling around.

Abigail is doing great! We're having a TON of fun with her lately! She's so expressive, trying out any sounds that her mouth will make. It's really fun to have conversations with her, even if we have no idea what we're talking about. She just recently started doing signs for "please" and "thank-you" and giving hugs and kisses. We are so blessed with such a sweet girl!
On Wednesday some re-construction work begins in the kitchen of the new house! The family that we're buying the house from is moving out this week and then we'll start the moving in process when Joel returns from Czech.
It's pretty exciting days around here! The weather is turning fall-ish here. It's actually raining right now, which feels nice. This week I'm looking forward to getting some scrapbooking done, spending time with Lori & Kristi, the girls: Nika, Anja & Tjasa and reading some great books!

How exciting to be moving and welcoming a new little one soon!! Glad you and baby are doing well. Enjoy the fun changes with Abigail. Very sweet pictures. Praying for you from Oregon.
I love the way Abigail is watching you cook. That expression and the way she is leaning on the counter and holding her hands. Precious.
