My best friend, Gina, and her family live two hours from here at Young Life's Wildhorse Ranch. It's a special treat to get time with her...anytime...anywhere!Today, she was able to come to my parents house for a visit with her youngest son and newest member of their family. Titus is about 2 months younger than Elijah. The last time I saw Gina, was here at my parents house and we were both pregnant, me with Elijah, her with Titus. It was fun to see the two boys play together today!
After lunch all three kids took naps and Gina and I got about 2 hours of just "us" time together. It was so sweet to catch up face to face again! We've been best friends since our freshman year of high school! The Lord has taken both of us on amazing journeys in life and it's a blessing and a gift to have walked it all together!

Glad you got some of that fun time. Soak it up! Good to see the kids enjoying their time as well. Wow, didn't know Shawn and Christina had a girl. That's fun. Hope the rest of your time there is restful and good.
Been thinking of you so often! And praying nearly every day! so glad you and Gina got some good time together. Remember to keep on giving yourself grace girl. This is a marathon and not a sprint... but a marathon with hurdles in it..... do they have a name for that race?
That was such a sweet time! I am so glad that we got three nuggets of time together - to sustain us until only the Lord knows when. Until then, phone dates are wonderful too. :) I love you so much and it was so fun to get to know Abigail & Elijah too.
