Abby, the 4th Grader. Her teacher is Mrs. Ramberg. Her maiden name was Jill Saari and she graduated from Reynolds when I was a freshman. I remember her because she was in Student Government. She also has a distinctive voice that's easy to remember. Abby was pretty excited last year when she heard she would be in Mrs. Ramberg's class.
Elijah, the 2nd Grader. He ended his 1st grade year, knowing that he would be in Mrs. Stauffer's class and at some point during the summer, we heard she moved up to 4th Grade so we requested Mrs. Hemstead. Abby had him when he was in Kindergarten and he likes her a lot, plus, she plays music in her classroom which is pretty fun for him! At the Kelly Creek clean-up day, the Principal said that Elijah would be in Mrs. Hilsentager's class--who is also really great so we were fine with it. When we took him to his classroom though, he ended up in Mrs. Hemstead's class afterall! It was hard to tell how he felt about ALL the changes but he assured me that he was fine and happy about it. I was thankful for my flexible kiddo!
Goofball!
Sweet Sisters!
Situated at his desk in Mrs. Hemstead's class. So thankful at least one of the teachers was prepared to have him in class! ;)
The last week of third grade, Abby changed the spelling of her name to "Abbie" and she let Mrs. Ramberg know on the final day of school so everything was correct on the first day of 4th Grade. I'm glad she didn't change her mind over the summer! ;) Look at these sweet friends, Lindsey and Abbie! First day of 4th Grade and first day of 1st Grade.
Abbie and her friend, Daniela--first day of 4th Grade. They've been in the same class since Kindergarten.
Abbie, Olivia & Daniela--final day of Kindergarten. Such cuties!!
