The renovations are almost complete at Trdna Skala. This past Sunday the door was up between the main meeting room and the newly added back room. Drago, Todd & Joel have been working hard to get things completed. In addition to the new door, making that room available now for Sunday school/nursery, they completed a second bathroom right there in that room. Someday, as financing allows, a kitchenette will also be put in.In the past, Sarah Hunnicutt and I have sat in the back of the meeting room with their daughter, Lili and Abigail and now Elijah as well as other Slovene children as they've come. We had coloring books and crayons to use at a small kid-size table and the quietest possible toys to keep them occupied. And it worked.
It works a lot better in the new room though! We actually read the girls a Bible Story and sang a song and they were able to talk and play with freedom. It's such a blessing to have this new room.

Amy, it's so great to "see" you through the blog. The kids are getting so big - Abigail is really changing. Last time I saw her she was only 1! Such cuties! It was wonderful to get some heart to heart time on the phone a few weeks ago. Know that you are deeply loved, you and your sweet fam!
